These terms govern your use of b999. Please take a few minutes to read them — they're written in plain English so every Pakistani player understands exactly where they stand on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and b999 governing your access to and use of the b999 platform, including the online casino, sports betting, Aviator game and all other services offered. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use b999. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. b999 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If b999 has reasonable grounds to believe an account holder is under 18, b999 will suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and may void all bets placed during the period of suspected underage use.
b999 is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You will be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie for identity verification. b999 may request additional documents at any time. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be subject to daily transaction limits and may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of verification. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission.
Each individual may hold only one b999 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is a serious breach of these Terms. b999 monitors for duplicate accounts and will suspend all related accounts upon detection, forfeit any bonuses credited to those accounts, and may void all associated bets.
Important: Registering a b999 account using false identity information, someone else's CNIC, or a name that does not match your registered payment methods will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b999 login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. b999 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email or any other channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from b999 and asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to b999 support immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your b999 account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact b999 support immediately via live chat to request an account freeze. b999 cannot reverse bets or transactions that were placed before you reported the unauthorised access.
All information provided to b999 during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, complete and current. b999 uses your registered contact details to send transaction notifications, security alerts and important account communications. b999 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep contact details accurate and up to date.
A b999 account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. b999 will notify you via your registered email or mobile number before applying any inactive account fee. Any applicable fee will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in. b999 will never take a balance below zero as a result of inactivity fees.
b999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. b999 does not accept payments in foreign currencies. All amounts shown on the b999 platform are in PKR.
The minimum single deposit on b999 is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and card payments. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Full limit details are available on the b999 Deposit and Withdrawal page.
Withdrawals from b999 are subject to the following conditions:
b999 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your payment account from b999. Your payment provider may apply their own fees — these are outside b999's control.
b999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal that is significantly larger than typical activity for your account. This is a security measure to protect b999 account holders from unauthorised withdrawals.
b999 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus is available to one account per household and per device. Accounts that b999 identifies as having been created specifically to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have the bonus voided and may have their accounts terminated.
All bonuses on b999 are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, slots and sports bets may have different contribution percentages. b999 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings generated from it if b999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or using a bonus in a manner that b999 determines is contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Bonuses credited to your b999 account are subject to expiry. If the wagering requirements attached to a bonus are not met within the stated time period — typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited — the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Your real-money balance is not affected by bonus expiry.
All bets placed on b999 are subject to acceptance by b999. b999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets from accounts that b999 considers to be placing bets that are inconsistent with recreational use. The fact that b999 accepts a bet does not create any obligation to accept subsequent bets.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on b999. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. b999 may change limits at any time without prior notice. Bets that exceed the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum at the time of acceptance.
b999 will not be liable for any error in the display of odds, game results or any other information on the platform that is the result of a technical fault, human error or data feed error. If b999 determines that a bet was accepted based on an erroneous odds display or manifest mistake, b999 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's b999 wallet.
The results of all games and events settled on b999 are final once confirmed. b999 does not reverse settled bets except in cases of a manifest error as described above, or where a result is subsequently overturned by the relevant governing body within the timeframe b999 uses for result confirmation.

When b999 makes material changes, it will notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on their b999 account at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to protect the security of the platform.
Your continued use of b999 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using b999 and may request a withdrawal of any funds in your b999 wallet before the effective date.
